# Eco Contribution Portal

> Official Malta portal for eco contribution submissions, payments, and compliance reporting by licensed accommodation providers, operated under MHRA delegation for the Malta Tourism Authority (Eco Contribution Act, Cap. 473).

The Eco Contribution Portal is the government-authorised platform where licensed hotels, holiday apartments, guesthouses, and short-let operators in Malta submit their quarterly eco contribution returns, connect their Property Management System (PMS), and manage all filings and payments in one place. From Q3 2026 onwards all returns must be submitted through this portal.
